Workplace activities are structured, where applicable, around the learner's academic programme, applicable logbook requirements and the practical competencies relevant to the placement.

Our experiential learning programme provides learners with structured exposure to a professional accounting and tax-practice environment. Depending on the learner's programme and placement requirements, practical exposure may include accounting, financial reporting, tax administration, payroll, company secretarial work, compliance administration, professional communication and general workplace competencies.

Management Review
Candid Accountants reviews the academic programme, placement requirements and available capacity.
Placement
Approved learners receive structured workplace exposure appropriate to their programme.
Practical Learning
Learners participate in authorised practical activities, learning programmes and workplace development.
Timesheets & Logbook
Workplace time, practical activities and applicable logbook requirements are recorded and monitored.
Supervision
Relevant workplace activities and progress are reviewed by authorised supervisors.
Completion
Placement and training records are retained as part of the learner's experiential-learning history.
